When we started Flamelit, the vision was simple: build AI that actually works in the real world — AI that protects communities, strengthens public systems, and turns data into decisions that matter.

Over the past several years, we proved that vision was possible. We delivered production AI in federal modernization programs. We built predictive models for utilities and infrastructure. We helped shape responsible AI governance alongside institutions like the National Institute of Standards and Technology. We worked in healthcare, climate resilience, and operational modernization — always focused on execution, not hype.

We also knew something important. To truly scale impact, to move faster, to build not just projects but platforms — we needed a bigger stage. That is why becoming part of Global Clean Energy, Inc. (GCEI) is such a pivotal moment for us.

This acquisition is not about exiting. It is about accelerating. As a boutique AI firm, we built deep expertise and a strong reputation. But scaling breakthrough AI products — especially in energy, infrastructure, and resilience — requires capital, infrastructure, and strategic reach. GCEI gives us that foundation. It allows us to expand from a high-performing consultancy into a scaled AI execution engine inside a publicly traded clean energy company committed to long-term impact.

Now we can build faster.

We can invest more aggressively in AI products, not just custom engagements. We can expand into grid intelligence, energy optimization, climate modeling, and resilience platforms. We can pursue strategic acquisitions of complementary AI companies that strengthen our ecosystem. We can take proven systems and turn them into scalable solutions that serve entire sectors. Most importantly, we can support our customers and partners at a higher level.

With GCEI behind us, we have greater operational capacity, deeper resources, and a broader market footprint. That means larger programs, longer-term product roadmaps, and stronger lifecycle support. It means embedding responsible AI governance from day one — not as an afterthought, but as infrastructure.

For us as founders, this is deeply personal.

We have always believed that AI should strengthen systems, protect communities, and improve human outcomes. Partnering with GCEI allows us to move from building excellent AI systems one at a time to building a resilience technology platform that can scale across energy, infrastructure, climate, and public health.

We are still Flamelit. Same mission. Same standards. Same commitment to responsible, production-grade AI. Now we have the scale to match the ambition. And that changes everything.
