When Global Clean Energy (GCEI) announced its new AI Division (and contracting with Tom Roderick and Greg Godbout at Flamelit - to lead it), it immediately felt like more than an industry move — it felt personal.

At Flamelit, we’ve always believed AI should drive real-world impact. Partnering with GCEI allows us to move faster, build more impactful systems for our customers, and begin developing scalable AI products — not just custom solutions. It gives us the platform to take what we’ve built in public-sector AI, infrastructure analytics, and mission-driven systems and apply it at a much larger scale.

Tom and Greg are genuinely excited about this partnership. We’ve spent our careers building mission oriented technology organizations. This alignment with GCEI gives us the opportunity to combine clean energy expertise with applied AI execution in a way that feels both strategic and deeply meaningful.

We’re especially energized by how we plan to execute alongside GCEI. Their model — building an internal culture of elite data scientists, launching mission-driven product lines, and pursuing strategic technology acquisitions — is the foundation required to create a high-impact AI organization. Flamelit will help power that effort by designing production-ready AI systems, embedding governance and compliance from day one, and rapidly prototyping solutions that improve operational performance, climate intelligence, and infrastructure resilience.

Looking ahead, the GCEI partnership opens the door to something even bigger. With GCEI as a strategic partner, we now have the ability to thoughtfully pursue acquisitions that strengthen our mission. We plan to seek out and acquire a public-sector consulting company aligned with AI-driven modernization and climate resilience. We would also like to acquire an innovative AI company in energy, infrastructure, or public-sector analytics whose capabilities can accelerate and enhance our emerging product portfolio.

This is the beginning of a new chapter — one where our new partnership with GCEI drives innovative AI services and building mission specific AI-powered engines. And we couldn’t be more excited about what comes next.
